Create accounts with the Windows command prompt
What can you do to netuser?
With the net user command can give you the following things:

Information from network accounts found. How to get CMD?
U can via Windows Knob
/the program's / bureauaccessoires / cmd or you can just CMD bottom of the Start button type.
Overview of all accounts show. Through CMD you can find a list of all accounts on that computer. This can be easily done, Start first by CMD. Then type this:
Net user You will now find some account names.
Information from finding accounts. More information about the existing accounts? in CMD: Net user (account), In this case, net user mainframe will now be showing some information on the rights of the account.
Create accounts account via cmd? In CMD: Net user (user you want to create) /There will now add an account can be created with the name(gebruiker die u wil aanmaken). Duidelijker voorbeeld: u wil de gebruiker Joske aanmaken dan doet u gewoon,
net user Joske /add ( let op de spatie tussen Joske en /add) 
Accounts verwijderen. Kijk bovenstaande afbeelding… Een account verwijderen werkt bijna hetzelfde als het aanmaken van een account. In CMD:
Net user Joske /del ( let op de spatie tussen Joske en /add) Wachtwoorden veranderen. Ook kan je de wachtwoorden van gebruikers veranderen in CMD. (werkt niet voor netwerk accounts.) In CMD:
Net user gebruiker (paswoord). Voorbeeld: joske is de gebruiker Net user joske 12345, het passwoord van joske is verandert in 12345
Accounts andere rechten geven. Als je net een nieuw account hebt aangemaakt via CMD kan het account eigenlijk nog niets. Je wil uiteraard dat het account een administrator wordt. Om een overzicht te krijgen met alle aanwezigen groepen typ je in CMD:
Net localgroup 
Je zal nu alle groepen zien.
Als voorbeeld zal ik het account “Joske” toevoegen aan de administrator groep. Dit doe je als volgt, typ: Net localgroup administrators joske /add Administrators als de groep, joske als de gebruiker en /add als het commando voor toevoegen. Het verwijderen uit een groep werkt BI directioneel (bidirectioneel aanduiding dat er berichtenverkeer, beweging of actie in twee richtingen mogelijk is). Typ hiervoor:
Net localgroup administrators joske /del 
ok
super, dit werkt goed.
Als ik dit probeer dan zie ik mijzelf niet en ik heb geen toegang om een nieuw account aan te maken wat heeft dit te betekenen?
Ik heb geen machtigingen om dit te doen en als ik kijk naar wie de net users zijn dan zie ik 2 bots ofzo .. help
